A Gift Voucher can be a Physical or Virtual item purchased for a specific dollar value and given to someone as a Gift. The voucher is exchanged for goods or services by the recipient at the vendor specified.
There are limitations & Responsibilities when sending and receiving cash, expecially doing so across borders. It’s easier, quicker and cheaper to send a Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are similiar to cash when used at vendors since both allow the customer to exchange the dollar value for a desired product or service.
Generally Gift Vouchers are redeemed at either a Vendor’s Physical location or their online platform. Gift Vouchers purchased from us are redeemed physically at the vendor’s location by providing the Gift Voucher Code and recepient details.
Gift Vouchers purchased from us are valid for 7 days after the date of purchase.
Generally there are no limitation on dates and tmes, however the Vendor location must be open for buisness.

You can place an order is 3 simple steps: 1. Search for Gift Vouchers by Vendor name 2. Enter Order Details and Checkout 3. Gift Voucher will be delivered to the recepient, Vendor will be notified. The reciepient then redeems Gift Voucher at Vendor Location.
Yes, You can order more than 1 Gift voucher however you are only able to purchase 1 Gift Voucher per order.

No problem, you can choose the “Print and Give” option where you will be able to download the Gift Voucher and send it via your favorite messenger or social media platform.
Gift Vouchers are sent out immediately after payment is received.
Yes, however once payment has been received you won’t be able to cancel your order.
Yes, if cancellation is requested before payment is received you are eligible for a full refund less 25% of the processing fee.

Vendor registration fees are waived for the first year for all new vendors.

The 2 most important Requirement are:
1. You must have a phyical location to allow customers to “walk-in” and redeem gift vouchers.
2. Ypu must be able to accept online payments. Since we do not provide cash payments to vendors.
